By accessing or using Tune Tavern ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tune Tavern. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and select a role: Host, Artist, or Listener. You may change your role or hold multiple roles from your account settings.

By uploading content, you grant Tune Tavern a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and stream your content within the context of the Platform's services (review sessions, discovery feeds, artist profiles, and Song Wars).

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

Artists may purchase skip credits to advance their position in a host's review queue. Skip tiers and pricing are set by individual hosts within platform guidelines.

The revenue split for all paid transactions on Tune Tavern is:

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Hosts must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. Tune Tavern is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or the host's financial institution.

Tune Tavern offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans (Headliner for hosts, Artist Pro for artists) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are given for partial months.

You may not upload or share content that:

You may not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform without prior written permission. Vote manipulation, fake accounts, and review fraud are strictly prohibited.

Tune Tavern respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated. Counter-notices may be filed in accordance with the DMCA.

Song Wars is a feature where tracks compete head-to-head with audience voting. By entering Song Wars, you agree that results are determined by audience votes and are final. Tune Tavern does not guarantee any specific outcome or exposure from Song Wars participation.

Tune Tavern is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of ratings, or any specific financial outcome from using the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tune Tavern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
